Do I need an account to place an order?
No, a guest may also place an order. But if you have an account with us, you can benefit from the following:

Click “Forgot password?” on the login screen to be taken to a page where you can generate a new password.
What if I typed the wrong email address?
To have your email address changed, kindly get in touch with us. Your name, address, and email can all be changed, but we are unable to alter your order.
Are there any exchange rates?
Our entire business is conducted in US dollars. Your order total will be determined using the daily exchange rate in effect on the date your card issuer executes the transaction if your credit card is based in a different currency.
What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal payments as well as all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) are accepted by us. We do not accept cash on delivery, debit card payments, direct bank transfers, personal checks, or money orders.
Can I cancel my order or make changes to it?
Even after the customer receives an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorized, we reserve the right to accept or deny the order, in whole or in part, at any time following receipt of the order. If the order is canceled after the credit card has already been authorized for the purchase, a credit will be given to the original form of payment.
Any cancellation made after an order has been placed will be subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the Total Price regardless of the time the order has been placed (even if it is just a second later) as the merchant processor/credit card charges us a fee for cancellations.
Please be aware that after an order has been packed and dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
How do I return an item?
Please get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving your order if you want to return an item because you’re unhappy with your purchase. Please provide the reason for your return along with your order number. If the return is approved, our customer care staff will review the return request and send additional instructions.
Please refer to our Returns Policy for a list of items that are final sale. All returns must be in original condition with packaging intact.
What if the item(s) I received is defective/incorrect/damaged?
Please notify us within 7 days following receiving your order if you received merchandise that is wrong, missing, and/or damaged. When you receive your box, please provide the order number, pictures of the item(s), and all pertinent references. We will do our very best to resolve your matter as soon as feasible.
When will I receive my refund?
Any refunds will be applied to the original method of payment used by you. If you used a credit or debit card to make your purchase, your money will be reimbursed to your account within 7 to 10 business days of the return or cancellation request being received by the company. If you have any queries regarding the timing of the credit posting to your account, kindly get in touch with the card-issuing bank.
Here’s what to do if you haven’t yet gotten a credit for your return: Speak with your bank or credit card provider. Before the reimbursement is sent to your account, it can take some time.
